dad, to answer your question. yes i had heard about the Book of Mormon musical from the church newsroom a long time ago. but i had completely forgot it and the fact that the Tony Awards are in June up until i read your email. that's awesome what the church is doing in nyc with all that publicity. thank you also for your family history lesson.
mom, im glad you enjoyed the temple. sounds like things are good in Flower Mound. is our ward still getting bigger? where are these people moving to? there aren't any new neighborhoods in our ward are there? question, does anyone know if Julie Anderson got married? about a year ago i got a dearelder from her that said she was getting married on June 26. but then i have never heard from her again. That is a pretty crazy driving trip dave went on. thanks for answering my question dave. and thanks for the email charity. thats crazy that johnathan's mission got combined with another one. that would be some changes.
things are good. this week was pretty good. we're struggling to have progressing investigatores. but, we managed to teach alot this week. we're working with a couple menos-activa/convert families. we are teaching this one family. ok, walking into there house is like walking into a house in emerald bay (or another wichita trail neighborhood) or something (just on a much, much, much smaller scale). the dad, buys stuff from cabelas on-line store, like bass pros competitor. sometimes when we are there im just like, i could totally imagine this family sitting at a FMHS football game or a watching a cowboys or OU game. its so funny. i think, "if i was in my ward or even my stake...i could find the perfect people to fellowship this family"
well, we did get power back on monday night. we had a training meeting on wednesday. it was good. its been cold. not super cold, but cold. well i hope everyone is doing good. have a safe drive to utah mom and dad. but mom, don't have too much fun up in the mountains in utah that you forget the reality that you are "from texas" haha.
until next week.
love,
elder hyer
