Short and Random

Hola Familia.

This week was awesome. It was such a good week. Really.

Random fun fact: My comp (Elder Da Silva from Brasil) one day had like a microwaveble pizza that he made. After cooking it in the microwave, he grabbed some mayonaise and ketchup and put it on top of the pizza. It pretty much made my day. Why? because i remember when Andy got back from his mission in Brasil, he put mayonaise and ketchup on pizza...and i thought it was so weird. SO when i saw Elder Da Silva do it, i like freaked out because i remember Andy doing it all the time. IT was pretty funny. We then had a pretty long conversation about food. Which, just made us hungry. He was surprised when I told him that we don't put mayonaise on pizza in the states. haha.

The biggest news around here is that its CAMBIOS. And Da Silva is leaving. And my new companion is named Elder Given. I've seen him at conferences before....but I don't really know him. I wanna say he is from Wisconsin. But i could be wrong. Or maybe its Minnesota. I don't know. You'll find out next week.

Did Mikhael get her call yet?

Peter goes home soon. Weirdness.

You should ask the Elders in the ward about DVD players. and then have them explain it to you....because i don't feel like it. haha.

No, but really, every companionship in the world is getting a little portable dvd player to use during comp study. Its so we can watch the Preach My Gospel DVDs and do more practicas and make our teaching better. It's pretty cool, definitlely has helped us out. during the past year or two (basically since i got into the mission) the church has been changing its MTC training and everything. Its so cool though, because the changes they have been making really have a made a difference.

Cory is working at the Gaylord again? Is he still working in the cafe place or is he in a different area? Mom, if they call again....tell them i would love a job at about the end of February. haha.

So the protests and everything continue here in Chile. It started with Education, but now people are bringing other issues into it. Its pretty interesting.

Can you believe that its basically September. CRAZY. 18 de Septiembre........hmmm....Asados....Empanadas......=)

wait a second....if its september....that means like college football is starting. thats fun.

Thats cool that Dave and Ale participated in the baptism. Dave is in Law School. Thats weird. Well not weird, just interesting. Just so no one expects me to...i have to intention of studying Law.

Thats cool that Kim Neild got married. Wait, what is Fos doing these days? Is he at home working?

I love you all. The Savior loves you all too. Have an amazing week/day. Good luck with First Grade this week David!
